Krystal earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Thompson Rivers University. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capilano University, where she also completed an Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Before embarking on her legal career, Krystal served as the marketing manager for a prominent Canadian coffee franchise.

During her time in law school, Krystal was an executive member of the Women in Law organization and actively participated in the community legal clinic.

Outside of practicing law, Krystal enjoys travelling, baking, and spending time outdoors.

Krystal can provide services in both English and Kurdish.
