Prior to her role at Magnus Law, Alyshia spent a number of years working in security and private investigation, enhancing her ability to gather critical information, conduct thorough research, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. This experience not only developed her investigative skills but also instilled her strong commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and client confidentiality.
In her current role, she is dedicated to supporting legal professionals in their work, from conducting legal research to preparing essential documents. Her ability to maintain organized and precise records, coupled with her skill in using legal software and tools, enables her to play a vital role in case preparation and decision-making.
Alyshia is committed to excellence in every aspect of her work, always striving to go the extra mile to support her team and, most importantly, our clients. Her strong communication skills, developed through years of client interactions and report writing, allow her to be a reliable and empathetic point of contact, ensuring that clients feel heard and informed.
Alyshia initially pursued her studies at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and Kwantlen Polytechnic University. She is currently continuing her legal education at Capilano University and is a current member of the BC Paralegal Association.
Outside of work Alyshia prioritizes maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. She regularly engages in activities such as going to the gym, hiking, snowboarding, and paddleboarding. Additionally, Alyshia has a passion for travel and eagerly anticipates exploring more of the world.
