Our Associate, Geoff Heller, is a current member of the Law Society of British Columbia, having completed his articles at Magnus Law in December of 2019.
Before attending law school, Geoff obtained his bachelor’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Calgary in 2007. He then traveled abroad and obtained his Law Degree from the University of Auckland in New Zealand in 2011. During his time in New Zealand, Geoff gained invaluable life experience living abroad and enjoyed the lifestyle that the Southern Hemisphere had to offer, which includes wine tours, surfing, traveling New Zealand and Australia, and international rugby.
Together with the rest of the Magnus Law team, Geoff Heller acts for clients involved in residential tenancy matters, construction and real estate disputes, estate matters, collections and debt files, as well as general civil litigation at both the Small Claims Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia level. As a new lawyer articled in civil litigation, Geoff has a genuine interest in litigation and advocacy and looks forward to serving the local community.
When Geoff is not working he enjoys running, spending time with family, following the Canucks and the NHL, continually re-watching episodes of The Office, and spending time with his Labrador retriever, Carl.
