Legal AssociateBefore attending law school, Emmett studied biology and chemistry at the University of Winnipeg. In 2014, Emmett left Winnipeg and moved to Calgary, Alberta to complete his undergraduate studies. In 2017, Emmett graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts.
In 2018, Emmett began studying law at the University College of London in London, England. In 2019, Emmett transferred to Thompson Rivers University. In 2021, Emmett completed his law degree and began articling with Magnus Law. In October of 2022, Emmett was called to the bar.
Emmett has represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Emmett is particularly interested in builders’ liens litigation, real estate and contractual disputes, collections, administrative law and employment disputes.
When not practicing law, Emmett enjoys spending time with his wife, travelling, skiing, playing soccer, and skeet shooting.
